Theme: Grounding • Clarity • Conscious Beginning
Welcome everyone to Week 1 of our six-week microdosing journey.
Today’s focus is orientation and preparation. Getting clear, grounded, and informed.
Main Objectives:
Build foundational understanding: what microdosing is / is not (“Microdosing 101”)
Create container, group norms, trust, and a safe environment
Introduce tracking, journal habits
This section explores the breath as a living bridge between body, nervous system, and consciousness. We begin to understand how breath is not just a technique, but a relationship one that has been used across cultures, ceremonies, and healing traditions for centuries.
In this module, we explore:
Nervous system, breath, and body connection
Emotional regulation through conscious breathing
Grounding in presence and somatic awareness
We also weave in:
Ancient mushroom allies and their historical relationship to ritual, healing, and prayer
Stories and teachings from traditional lineages, including the legacy of María Sabina
How mushrooms have been used as bridges between the human body, the earth, and the spirit world
The parallels between breathwork, ceremony, and embodied listening how both invite us into deeper relationship with the body and the unseen
Honoring breath and body as the gateways through which wisdom, memory, and insight are received
This section is an invitation to slow down, listen, and remember allowing breath to become a guide, teacher, and ally in your integration process.
This session invites us into a deeper layer of integration where awareness begins to take shape as identity, and insight becomes something we live, not just understand. We explore how identity is formed, how it evolves, and why who we believe ourselves to be matters when it comes to lasting change.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be “changed,” this session centers on reflection, transformation, and what is naturally emerging through your practices.
In this module, we explore:
Identity based change and the role identity plays in integration
Reflecting on past patterns while making space for what is emerging
How meaning is created through embodied experience, not effort or force
We also dive into ritual as a living practice:
Ritual as something simple, accessible, and available to everyone
Elemental rituals using Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit as mirrors for inner balance
Working with nature, herbs, and grounding practices to support integration
How ritual and small, intentional habits help anchor and reinforce identity over time
This session is about meeting yourself where you are. Allowing ritual, nature, and awareness to gently shape who you are becoming, one embodied choice at a time.
This section explores sound and frequency as living medicine, tools that interact directly with the nervous system, emotional body, and subconscious patterns. We begin to understand how vibration shapes our internal landscape, influences emotional states, and supports deeper integration when paired with breath and intentional microdosing.
Rather than approaching sound as something to “listen to,” we explore it as something the body responds to creating space for emotional release, regulation, and repatterning over time.
In this module, we explore:
Emotional patterns and habit loops held in the nervous system
Sound and frequency as tools for emotional alchemy and healing
How resonance and rhythm support emotional release and regulation
Integrating sound with conscious breathing practices
The relationship between vibration, the body, and felt experience
We also weave in:
Nervous system education and gentle repatterning techniques
Microdosing and neuroplasticity, how small, intentional inputs can support lasting change
How sound and breath work together to create safety, coherence, and integration
Practical ways to continue working with sound and frequency beyond the session
This section invites you to listen differently not just with your ears, but with your body. Allowing sound, breath, and awareness to work together in reshaping emotional patterns and supporting long term integration.
This final week is a coming together... a weaving of everything you’ve been cultivating throughout the journey. After weeks of rooting, listening, and tending awareness, this session invites you into embodiment: living the wisdom, not just understanding it.
We explore the deeper teachings of the mushroom often referred to as the Holy Children, and the reminder that the true healing instrument is you. This week emphasizes sacredness in everyday life, with or without the medicine, and how awareness becomes transformation when it is embodied.
In this session, we explore:
Integration as a lived, embodied process
The deeper message of the mushrooms and what they reflect back to us
Shifting from awareness into embodiment and lived wisdom
How ritual, breath, sound, and intention weave together over time
Honoring other plant and herbal allies as ongoing companions
We also focus on:
What integration looks like beyond the container of the course
The role of ritual and daily practice in sustaining transformation
A future-self touchstone practice to anchor what you’re carrying forward
Moving from meaning into embodiment and embodiment into continued becoming
This week is an invitation to bloom to trust what has been grown, to honor the medicine within you, and to carry this work forward in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and alive.
