Each week focuses on a core pillar, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how this work comes together:
Week 1 — Microdosing Foundations
• Personalized protocols, dosing approaches, and intention setting
• Understanding how microdosing interacts with the brain, body, and nervous system
Week 2 — Safety, Ethics & History
• Safe and responsible use
• Ethical considerations (personally and professionally)
• Historical and cultural context of mushroom medicine
Week 3 — Conscious Connected Breath: The wisdom of the nervous system
• Understanding breath as a tool for regulation, release, and integration
• How breathwork supports and deepens the microdosing process
Week 4 — Sound Science+ Set and setting
• Introduction to sound science and frequency
• Using sound as a tool for shifting state, integration, and embodiment
During these four weeks, you will:
• Develop a clear, personalized, and intentional approach to microdosing
• Understand how microdosing, breath, and sound work together as a system
• Gain the education needed to engage with this work safely, ethically, and with confidence

Rather than adding more information, this phase is about building a real relationship with your body, your patterns, and your inner guidance, so what you’ve learned becomes something you can actually trust and use.
Week 5 — Finding Your Rhythm (Microdosing + Awareness)
Focus: Sweet spot, intention, observation, and awareness
This week is about slowing down and actually meeting yourself inside the process.
You will:
• Identify your personal “sweet spot” with microdosing
• Refine your intentions in a way that feels grounded and real
• Begin tracking your internal state (emotional, physical, energetic)
• Build awareness of how you move through your day
This is where you stop guessing…
and start listening
Week 6 — Patterns & Nervous System Awareness
Focus: Identifying loops, stress responses, and internal patterns
Now that awareness is online, we begin to see clearly.
You will:
• Identify recurring emotional and behavioral patterns
• Recognize your nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze, etc.)
• Notice the loops you move through without realizing
• Begin working with breath as a tool to interrupt and shift those patterns
This is where unconscious patterns become visible
and therefore, changeable
Week 7 — Identity & Embodiment
Focus: Who you are becoming + how you show up
This week is about stepping into a new relationship with yourself.
You will:
• Explore identity patterns and the roles you’ve been holding
• Shift from “who I’ve been” → into “who I’m becoming”
• Build new habits and ways of responding that feel aligned
• Begin embodying your work instead of just understanding it
This is where the shift becomes personal + lived
Week 8 — Integration & Future Self Alignment
Focus: Anchoring, integration, and moving forward
This is where everything comes together.
You will:
• Integrate what you’ve experienced into your daily life
• Strengthen trust in your intuition and inner guidance
• Create a sustainable way to continue this work beyond the container
• Align with the version of yourself you are stepping into
At the end of our journey together
You will:
• Learn how to regulate your nervous system in real time
• Work with conscious connected breath to move emotion and create internal safety
• Use sound and frequency to shift state, release, and support integration
• Work with emotional activation without spiraling or shutting down
• Begin naturally bringing embodiment into your work with clients
