Breath of the Earth is a beginner to beginner-intermediate didgeridoo course that weaves foundational technique with spiritual connection. You’ll learn breath, drone, rhythm, and early vocal textures, while exploring the didgeridoo as a bridge between Earth and Spirit. Includes guided audio journeys to listen to while you play, journal PDFs to drop in with your journey, supporting flow, presence, and inner travel.

I’ll guide you through breath, sound, and ritual practices that transform an ordinary bath or simple bowl of water into a healing portal. You’ll learn the science of water’s structure and its relationship with the nervous system, explore the 3 archetypes of the bath portal, and discover beginner-friendly herbs and resins to support your practice with safety and reverence.
