An intimate, curated ceremonial container These one-on-one ceremonies are intentionally small, slow, and deeply personal. They are curated containers shaped around your body, your nervous system, your intentions, and the season you are in. Rather than pushing for insight or breakthrough, we listen. To the body. To the breath. To the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface.

Working with the medicine

In my relationship with psilocybin, I experience this medicine less as a “tool” and more as an energy one that invites presence, humility, and deep listening. It is a profound honor for me to share this medicine in one-on-one space.
Each time, I approach it with reverence, care, and gratitude. aware that when someone chooses to sit in this way, it is not by accident.

We move slowly.
We work gently.
And we let the experience unfold in the way it wants to.

What this ceremony includes

Every one-on-one ceremony is unique, but each container includes:

Intentional opening & grounding
We begin by arriving fully orienting to the body, the space, and the intention you’re carrying.
Psilocybin microdose to small dose (up to 0.5g)
Dosage is approached collaboratively, with attunement to your experience and readiness.
Breathwork as the central bridge
Breath is always present in this work.
It helps regulate the nervous system, deepen embodiment, and allow the medicine to move gently and intelligently through the body.
Elemental & body-based guidance
Drawing from earth, water, air, and fire we work with sensation, emotion, and intuition as they arise.
Sound & music integration
Each ceremony includes a sound bath and curated music set i make ahead of time
Closing & reflection
Time to land, orient, and gently gather what wants to be carried forward.

You will have access to pre-recorded preparation videos to support you before our time together, including:

Nervous system preparation
Intention setting
Practical guidance for the day of ceremony

You’ll also receive integration videos and reflective prompts to support the days following helping you continue the conversation with what emerged, rather than leaving it behind.

Exchange & Accessibility

The full value of this one-on-one ceremonial offering is $300.
A limited number of $175 supported-rate spaces are available for those who are truly financially stretched.
